Shipping policy

Regular shipping and handling is free for the majority of countries*. Decabana reserves the right to charge a shipping fee, regardless of the order amount, for certain areas and/or countries at our sole discretion(you will be notified if shipping fee will be added to your order).

If you refuse a shipment from Decabana or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Decabana. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.


*Standard shipping to most countries in Europe is free if order amount exceeds €130 EUR.

The following countries are not eligible for free shipping, if order total is less than €200:

  • Bulgaria
  • Croatia
  • Czech Republic
  • Hungary
  • Romania
  • Poland
  • Slovenia
  • Slovakia

Shipping fee to the abovementioned countries is €20.

*Standard shipping within Canada is free if order amount exceeds CA$99 (Canadian Dollars).

*Standard shipping to Australia is free if order amount exceeds A$225 (Australian Dollars).

*Standard shipping to New Zealand is free if order amount exceeds NZD$225 (New Zealand Dollars).

*Standard shipping to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain is free if order amount exceeds $225 (US Dollars).

*Standard shipping to the Middle East (with the exception of United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain) is free if order amount exceeds $225 (US Dollars).

*Standard shipping to the US mainland is free. Outside of US mainland is $20.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days will be processed  the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday, or during weekends and statutory holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates provided to help you plan your purchase. While we work hard to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination

P.O. BOXES

Please note that we cannot ship out parcels to P.O. boxes. We kindly ask you to provide an alternative address that is not a P.O. box.
