Shipping policy
Regular shipping and handling is free for the majority of countries*. Decabana reserves the right to charge a shipping fee, regardless of the order amount, for certain areas and/or countries at our sole discretion(you will be notified if shipping fee will be added to your order).
If you refuse a shipment from Decabana or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Decabana. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
The following countries are not eligible for free shipping, if order total is less than €200:
- Bulgaria
- Czech Republic
- Hungary
- Romania
- Poland
- Slovenia
- Slovakia
Shipping fee to the abovementioned countries is €20.
*Standard shipping within Canada is free if order amount exceeds CA$99 (Canadian Dollars).
*Standard shipping to Australia is free if order amount exceeds A$225 (Australian Dollars).
*Standard shipping to New Zealand is free if order amount exceeds NZD$225 (New Zealand Dollars).
*Standard shipping to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain is free if order amount exceeds $225 (US Dollars).
*Standard shipping to Israel is free if order amount exceeds $175 (US Dollars).
All orders received before 4pm PM EST will be dispatched on the same working day (excluding week-ends and legal statutory holidays). Orders received after 4 PM EST will be dispatched the next working day. Please note all orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will be processed and dispatched the following Monday.
P.O. BOXES
Please note that we cannot ship out parcels to P.O. boxes. We kindly ask you to provide an alternative address that is not a P.O. box.
