Welcome to Decabana, and thank you for shopping with us! All our items are exchangeable as long as they are in their original condition.
If, within 10 days of receipt, you are unhappy with your order, we will honor our return policy by granting you a refund or a store credit on the product.
It is up to the customer to ship the product back to us.
 
All discounted items in our sale section sold are final sale and are not subject to a refund, exchange or store credit only.
 

Returns

All items returned back to our facilities must be unworn and with all tags and labels attached. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund/store credit and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached. Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed.
 
US/Canadian customers must request an RMA form and use their LOCAL post office to ship back returns at their expense.
All returns must have a valid tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned merchandise.
 
International customers must request an RMA form and use their LOCAL post office to ship back returns at their expense.

All returns sent with C.O.D (customs or duties / cash on delivery) will be refused.

Please note, when RMA number is issued, you have 3 business days to mail back your return.

All exchanges must be sent via the post office and NOT a private company. Customers must write: "Return of Merchandise Manufactured and Sold in Canada" on the parcel and on the customs declaration form provided by the post office.

Item Availability

Despite our continuing efforts in adjusting the website merchandise with stock items, there will occasionally be some items that appear on the website that are out of stock. If this occurs, a member of our team will immediately contact the client via email. The client will then have the option to get a refund. The merchandise availability at decabana.com is subject to change without prior notice.

Fair Use

If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't sit right: e.g. we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them, ordering and returning loads - way more than even our most loyal customer would order or the items returned don't match what you ordered - then we reserve the right to deactivate/terminate the account and any associated accounts and decline any future purchases. We may also cancel any unused store credits and reward points. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please get in touch with Customer Care and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards. When an order is placed on our website, your financial information is never shared with the merchant. The system we use helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.

Canadian customers can also pay online using a debit card.

Sales Tax

Only Canadian orders are subject to a sales tax.

Shipping

Regular shipping and handling is free for the majority of countries*. DeCabana reserves the right to charge a shipping fee, regardless of the order amount, for certain areas and/or countries at our sole discretion(you will be notified if shipping fee will be added to your order).

If you refuse a shipment from Decabana or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Decabana. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

The following countries are not eligible for free shipping, if order total is less than €200:

  • Bulgaria
  • Chezh Republic
  • Hungary
  • Romania
  • Poland
  • Slovenia
  • Slovakia

Shipping fee to the abovementioned countries is €20.

*Standard shipping to Australia is free if order amount exceeds A$225 (Australian Dollars).

*Standard shipping to New Zealand is free if order amount exceeds NZD$225 (New Zealand Dollars).

*Standard shipping to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain is free if order amount exceeds $225 (US Dollars).

*Standard shipping to Israel is free if order amount exceeds $175 (US Dollars).

All orders received before 4pm PM EST will be dispatched on the same working day (excluding week-ends and legal statutory holidays). Orders received after 4 PM EST will be dispatched the next working day. Please note all orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will be processed and dispatched the following Monday.

P.O. BOXES

Please note that we cannot ship out parcels to P.O. boxes. We kindly ask you to provide an alternative address that is not a P.O. box.
